S.K.O.O.P PURPOSE 

SKOOP partners with several organizations and community activists to bring their powerful message into action.

S.K.O.O.P. was founded on August 23, 2020 by Kevin Boens AKA The Messenger. Kevin is a Minster, Spoken Word artist, an officer who works for the Cook County Sheriff's Department as a crime Suppression Unit investigator and a

community activist.  after being awakened from a deep sleep. When God opened his eyes, he immediately spoke the word SKOOP. As he sat in the bed thinking, Lord what do you mean SKOOP?  That's when the meaning of the acronym was revealed to him. S.K.O.O.P,

HOW IT BEGAN

STOP KILLING OUR OWN PEOLE



Advocate, Educate and Non-violently protest black on black crime, police brutality and all racially motivated violence against black people.  Our corporation will utilize social media platforms and the corporation website to provide facts, statistics, and other related data about the cause.


Our corporation includes having panel discussions to raise social awareness about the black on black crime on a local and global level, and to hold fundraising events in order provide assistance to those African American surviving families who have lost a loved one to senseless gun violence for the purpose of obtaining legal counsel if they are not able to afford one and or helping with Funeral cost.

To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit corporations which falls under the 501 (c) (3) section of the internal revenue code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.            


At times, per the discretion of the board of directors, we may provide volunteer opportunities for parent and student involvement in said activities and programs to provide a greater impact in the African American Communities.
