THE P.O.E.T MOVEMENT

BGM FIT is the premiere workout class, led by Coach Toy, in the Chicagoland Area. Although the idea was birthed years before she began her boot camp and apparel, it wasn't until November of 2021, that she launched BGM FIT.

Coach Toy's vision is to provide a healthier way of living for all age groups, beginning with physical health, diet, mental and spiritual health. In addition, the bootcamp would be a way to provide fitness programs that would normalize healthy living. The boot camp would also be a way for group encouragement. It feels better when you know you are not alone.

Coach Toy sees a need in the community for a Health Activist. Already a philanthropist and community activist, she has combined her passion for working out with her activism work. Once, overweight and unhealthy, she understands the plight of many out of shape African American women with poor diets. She has vowed to make a difference by being a motivator and a mentor to those in need.
